AIR FARES
Up until 17th Feb 2019: Adult over 16 years old @ £670, 12 to under 16 years at the time of completion of the journey @ £610, child 2 years to under 12 years at the time of completion of the journey @ £540 and under 2 years at the time of completion of journey @ £115.
From 18th Feb 2019: Our reduced airfare offer of £670 from Heathrow became fully booked. We can still offer you a place on this trip up until the registration deadline date of 5th March 2019. Your seat on the plane will be subject to availability and the current airfare from the airline at the time of booking.
In the event of cancellation, airfares are non-refundable, however we can attempt to claim back any recoverable taxes for you if you book your flights through us.
All flights are ATOL protected.
Fares are set by the airline and are correct on 14th Aug 2018, however airfares are subject to change. Please contact us for up to date airfares.
Note for International travellers
For visa purposes, travellers must enter and exit Iraq together. Travellers from outside of the UK will need to meet the group in Istanbul and join the connecting flight into Baghdad.
Non UK Travellers are requested to contact us for a bespoke airfare quotation.
Ground Package Cost
Ziyarah Tours understands that zuwaar have different needs. Therefore in order to meet the needs of all zuwaar, we are pleased to offer selective ground packages where the only difference is the hotel that you choose to stay in.
Ground Package A - £995 GBP / $1295 USD
High standard hotels suitable for all.
Ground Package B - £795 GBP / $995 USD*
Good standard hotels, affordable for youth/students/families
Children under 8 are eligible for a discount off the ground package except during Arbaeen and other peak periods. Please enquire for further details.

We offer a 100% refund policy on your ground package if you cannot travel, less minor admin fees.

We always aim to offer good standard hotels for our zuwaar.
Accommodation booked at specific hotels may be subject to change depending on the situation on arrival with alternative accommodation being offered.
With regards to room sharing, we always put families together, couples together, then singles share with other singles with gender separation. You can choose to have your own room for an increased cost if you need to, just let us know and we will aim to accommodate your request.
